Building a sustainable venue
From the beginning our aim was to make the Pines Calyx a place which would inspire and motivate people. It has become a ‘show and tell’ example of how individuals and small low carbon projects can make a difference in shaping the way we can live and work sustainably by thinking colaboratively and minimising the use of natural resources.
design & innovation
To be a symbol the Pines Calyx could not compromise in design, construction management or operation. This vision has generated a host of low carbon initiatives and the building itself has become a catalyst for innovation for sustainability in Kent and the South East. Our logic is simple. Sustainability makes sense. It has generated a way of working linking our commercial activity with the health of both people and the environment.
